CPR

CPR is short for cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and it is a very important skill that everyone should know. Yet more than 65% of the population has never been through the training for it. Many people don’t realize just how important it is though until they themselves or someone close to them needs such help. Every parent tries their best to protect their children but if you don’t know CPR you are allowing the chance for something bad to happen to them. Anyone you leave your children with should also be certified in the area of CPR.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is more commonly referred to as CPR. Even though those three little letters are easy to remember this process is very important. You definitely don’t want to be standing around helpless because you don’t know the right way to administer it.

As a result of such scares and the drop in the number of people willing to do CPR for that reason, protective masks were introduced.

Sometimes the situation will be very minor such as a cut. You can get the bleeding to stop for them. Other times it may be a larger situation and your efforts will only be to offer temporary help until the person can be reached by medical professionals.
