Women really seem to have more coats than necessary as it is part of their quest for style and fashion. While most women really only need a light jacket and a heavy one for the bitter cold they tend to have at least five on average. They want to have different colors of coats and styles depending on their mood and what they want to do for the day. Most women wear a different coat for work than they will when they are going out.

The materials available for women’s coats are plentiful and many women have a preference. Some love the look and feel of suede while others prefer leather. Of course neither one of them will keep you very warm so some women are more practical and they will choose down. They may have several of each too so that they can choose what they want based on the weather and the other clothing that they are wearing.

This way she will be sure to love what you pick out for her. In fact, it is very likely she will wear it often just to think of you. Many women tend to like to buy men’s coats to wear though. This is due to them having more room in the shoulders for movement. Some women feel restricted when they wear a coat and this helps to give them some freedom. With several styles of jackets though you can easily pass off a man’s model as a woman’s without any problems.

Many women love to shop for coats too. They can spend hours trying them on to see how they look in them. They also love to find them for a sale price as this means they can buy more of them. Just make sure you have room in the closet for them so they will keep their shape and look great.
