China

China is one of the most populated places around the world. There is a great deal of history found in this area as well. Due to the population problems, there are many children up for adoption there. Many of them are baby girls as most families want to have a son.

They are limited in most areas to just one child. If they have girls they are often abandoned and the family tries again. Males with physical and mental disabilities are also abandoned. This is why so many couples from around the world travel to China in the hopes of adopting one of these abandoned children.

Even though China has the most people, it is not a poor country. It has become a leader in various types of business and industry. The capital of China is Beijing and a great deal of economic activity takes place from this central location. They continue to grow in power too due to the ability to have so many of their products exported around the world. They also conduct business globally instead of just locally in many aspects.

Tourism is another way that China brings in money to sustain their economy. Millions of people travel to China annually to take in the sites. There is plenty of history that has been preserved here for you to enjoy. There are also amazing restaurants, night life, arts, and hotels so that everyone can have a very enjoyable stay.

China has always taken great pride in protecting its land and heritage. This is evident in the Great Wall of China that has been in place since 5 B.C. They have the largest military force of any Nation in the world. They have a very detailed defense system in place that helps to ensure they will be ready for a battle should the need ever arise.

Except for when it comes to having children, the people of China enjoy many freedoms. They are able to exercise free trade as well as freedom of speech. There are rumors of censorship and corruption though when it comes to the area of politics though. They are also able to get a fair shake when it comes to legal issues. Women aren’t as free to do what they want in China as in the United States though. This tends to do with the views of society though rather than the government of China.
